Group insurance and retirement products generally are paid utilizing a level (annual scale), whereas individual products are generally paid utilizing a greater weighting in the first year. Progressive Benefits Consulting Group Ltd. may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses or non-monetary benefits depending on various factors such as volume or persistency of business that is placed with a particular company.
